The articles C.R.E.S.A. are elastic elements with rotation working.
The high elasticity and great ability to absorb shocks, knocks, vibrations
and oscillations, is produced by the elastic deformation of four rubber cylinders,
accommodated in the space obtained from the connection of two elements in
square section turned 45° from each other. It can reach a rotation angle
of +/- 30°. Considering the rest position as centre line, we can have
an elastic rotation clockwise of 30° and of 30° anti-clockwise.
The particular construction guarantees a quiet way of functioning, a great reliability, allows countless advantageous solutions of assembly and further more it solves simply the various applicative problems.
CIAO elastic elements are entirely built out of a plastic material (fibre-glass)
and stainless steel.
Therefore they are particularly suitable for the Food and Pharmaceutical
industries, as well as for all applications affected by rust problems.
C.R.E.S.A CIAO is totally anti-corrosion.
All possible combinations between basic elements and accessories :
Polyethylene pads, polyethylene rollers, plastic chain tightening pinions
with Italian-made bearings.
C.R.E.S.A. NIC is in all its ways the same principle as the C.R.E.S.A. only
the tensioners C.R.E.S.A NIC have been treated with a treatment of galvanization.
