The VIB elements with rubber springs are mechanical items featuring a high degree of elasticity and excellent capacity for absorbing shocks, knocks, vibration and oscillation.
The elastic deformation of four natural rubber cylinders positioned in the
spaces resulting from the coupling of two square-section elements rotated
45° one compared to the others.
This simple construction method guarantees a high level of dispensability
and offers a wide range of application solutions.
The VIB element performs excellently in any condition as it is insensitive
to dirt and very resistant to water and to direct sunlight.
The operating temperature ranges from -40° to +80° C.
The VIB products replace traditional mechanical components such as steel springs, shock absorbers - decelerators and oscillation supports.
It is totally maintenance free.
