The TEN BLOC is designed to carry out a wide range of tasks. In particular it can operate as an automatic belt tensioner, a return pinion unit for chain conveyors, an automatic chain tensioner, a shock absorber, a pressure application unit or a normal chain tensioner.
This product has been specifically designed to simplify its use and to obtain
the most rational and economic kind of installations possible.
The realization of Ten Bloc is the result of a study with the goal to create
a robust, reliable and economic product.
The parts and the components are interchangeable and can be replaced fast
and easy.
The TENBLOC is a modular unit, on which one can adapt many standard components.
A system of safety "Micro Swift" can be installed (in option). This
allows the machine to be checked for correct performance. When ever there
is excessive stretching or even a break in the chain, a visual or acoustic
alarm will be immediately activated.
Tensioner ASSO is a modular mechanical component, and very simple in its use.
Its main application field is the automatic tension of CHAINS or BELTS but
it can also be used for other mechanical applications according to the specific
needs of the manufacturer.

The ARCO tensioners are elastic elements with rotation working. The possible
rotation angles reachable are +/- 40° and +/- 90°.
Thanks to its limited overall dimensions, it can be placed even in narrow
spaces.
Its 5 different positions of installation have proved to be extremely useful,
since they allow its utilization in any situation, thus eliminating the need
for specific stirrups.
It can support difficult working conditions, such as very dusty environments, low and high temperatures and with an adequate treatment to support aggressive chemical environments. Elastic elements ARCO find their main utilization in the field of belt and chain stretching.
However, they can serve multiple uses : pressure units - decelerators - support
for scrapers and brushes - elastic suspensions - support for rolls, belts
and nets - support for vibrating elements such as engines, compressors, etc…
The systems ARIA OLIO are elements of pneumatic and hydraulic pressure, offering various possibilities of operation and adaptation.
It is possible to adapt all standard elements on these systems:
pinion, sliding block, rollerset, etc…
TEN JOY is an elastic axial element, which can be used as a shock absorber
or decelerator, automatic belt- and chain tensioner.
Particularly versatile and advantageous in the use of chain tensioner in the
conveyors with rollers.
